We typically complete installation and full configuration the same day we receive your content and credentials.

Does Vendra support payment gateway integration?

Yes. Vendra supports integration with compatible payment gateways including Razorpay, subject to your own gateway account approval and applicable provider requirements. The customer maintains their own payment gateway account; Digital Edze Business Solutions LLP does not process, hold or settle end-customer payments.

Does Vendra have GST invoice generation?

Yes. Vendra automatically generates GST-compliant tax invoices for every order. No plugin or add-on required — it is built into the platform.

Is there a monthly fee for Vendra?

No. Vendra is offered as a one-time purchase. The B2C package is ₹24,999 and the B2B/Wholesale package is ₹49,999. There are no monthly fees, no annual renewals, and no per-transaction charges from Vendra. The only recurring cost is your own hosting plan.

Can Vendra handle both retail and wholesale from the same store?

It is not a SaaS subscription, marketplace, payment aggregator, or a service that collects payments on behalf of third parties. Vendra does not process, hold or settle payments made by a customer's end customers. Customers maintain their own payment gateway accounts and are responsible for their own customer transactions.

Vendra is designed for retailers, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, D2C businesses, and other businesses that want to sell products online — to end consumers, to trade buyers, or to both.

No. Vendra is offered as a one-time purchase. There is no recurring Vendra subscription for the standard product. Your only recurring cost is your own hosting/server infrastructure, which you own and control.

Vendra is deployed on the customer's own server or hosting environment. Your store is not hosted on Vendra's infrastructure — you own and control everything.

Vendra is deployed within your own hosting environment. Digital Edze Business Solutions LLP does not operate your store or act as the merchant for your end customers. Your business data stays entirely within your own server.

No. Vendra does not itself process, collect, hold, or settle payments made by the customer's end customers. Compatible payment gateways may be integrated into the customer's store. The customer maintains their own payment gateway account, and payment approval, processing, and settlement are handled by the respective payment gateway provider.

Yes. Vendra supports integration with compatible payment gateways, including Razorpay, subject to the customer's own Razorpay account approval and applicable Razorpay requirements. The customer's Razorpay account is separate from Vendra and is used by the customer to receive payments from their own end customers.

Yes. Vendra provides both B2C e-commerce functionality for selling directly to end customers, and B2B/wholesale ordering functionality for business customers — both from the same installation.
